What ownership includes

The suite is ready when you are

Each suite comes fully furnished, down to the linens and the kitchenware, so there is nothing to haul up from home. Housekeeping and maintenance are included, and property management runs all year, including the months you are not here. The suites are the same ones described on the condominium suites page: one to three bedrooms, separate living and sleeping space, a private balcony or patio, and a washer and dryer in the unit.

Choose a suite
Suites run from one to three bedrooms, and the Lakeview ones look straight out over East Grand Traverse Bay.
After that
Enjoy
Arrive to a furnished suite and spend your weeks on the sand, in the pool or around the fire pit.

A destination for generations

Over 200 families make up the Tamarack Lodge Condominium Association.

The lodge is family-owned and family-focused, and ownership at the water works the same way: many households sharing a handful of suites across the four seasons. You will meet the other owners on the beach, at the pool and around the fire pit, the same places guests gather.
